Return Policy
At Ellie's Cat Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return:
Contact our customer service team at support@elliescatclub.com to initiate a return.
Package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
